Booking Terms and Conditions
Cancellation and Refund Policy
+ CANCELLATIONS
Cancel within 72 hours for full refund.
If a Condor Valley customer becomes unable to attend a Condor Valley trip after the 72 hour period from the booking date has expired, the adventurer must inform Condor Valley via email at hank@condorvalley.com in order to cancel the customer registration.
Due to the logistics and timing involved in organizing Condor Valley experiences, tickets/registrations and registration fees for these experiences are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable (to another individual or another date). Any credits or discounts applied to ticket purchases are strictly non-refundable and may not be reused on a future purchase. There will be no credit or transfer granted for any portion of the ticket price.
+ Travel Insurance
For additional protection, we encourage adventurers to purchase travel medical and/or trip cancellation insurance. For example, some of the most popular travel insurance providers are Allianz, GeoBlue and Travel Guard. The adventurer’s credit card or employer may also provide certain coverage.
